Update Your Particulars

Hi all, I still need the following information from you all. It's quite leh chay to update one by one so please help me finish up the remainder by filling in the missing details for yourself. I've sent the link to everyone.

For non-gmail users, when you get the email with the link, please click on the url. Then you should be redirected to a page which prompts you for 2nd login. I suggest you use our team email, (if you don't already know, mavericksfc@gmail.com) to login. Password cannot be shared here. Please check with Clement, Darran or myself for the password.

Oreo: I've already sent an email to you some time ago. You may need to check your junkmail. haha.

Also thanks to those who updated shirt sizes here, as mentioned earlier, I have set shirt size default to M.

For most of the names below I am missing other details. The information is for me to update your individual player profiles, so unless any info is so personal that it can 't be made known to me (please talk to me individually), please fill up the sheet. I really hope you can access the page to edit yourself as there is a chance that I may make a mistake here and there. For the rest, please check to ensure the information I have is updated and correct. Especially your contact details including handphone number and email.
