Mavericks FC: D2D League Champions!

3 years of memories.
3 years of commitment.
3 years of team spirit.

3 years of hard work.
3 years of friendship.
3 years of love.

And finally, We are Champions!

It's been one big, long, journey. The Good times, and the Bad times. An amazing experience. We have come far, and we have finally conquered. This has been our aim right at the start. To come together, to bond, to work for each other, to love one another, and to win together.

This love, that holds us strong, this friendship, the team spirit, the sweet victories of matchdays. The bad times, the losses, the frustration, and the thrashings and "Jeremiahs" we once endured. And so, the time has come. Let us cherish this great momentous occasion. Our first ever title.

Yes, we have lost many players throughout the years. But the beautiful thing is, the main core of the team has lasted this far. The integral part of the team, the heart and soul. Still there, still there, after 3 long years. And in the process, we have recruited several new players, who now make up this new team.

Sure, it was disappointing to see the loss of those players. But now, this efficient mix of the old guard and the new, has breathed life into a team, which seemed to have lost its way just merely 7 months ago. Who can forget that horrid, torrid 13 match beaten run the team went through. Even losing to the likes of Rantau Rovers FC. My goodness.

An indeed shocking losing run. But fast forward, to today, and here we are, standing atop the pedestal of this league. League Champions. No matter what they say, no matter how insignificant this victory is to others, it is a big significant one for Team Mavericks. The blood, sweat, tears, and injuries, and to a certain extent, even broken relationships with the opposite sex. Haha.

But this team came through.
And this team are true champions.
Maverick FC. Team Outsiders. Champions.

On a side note, I figured that this particular team deserves special reckoning, and hence, i redid the player profiles page, and updated it with profiles of the new players as well as updated existing ones with new photos as well as a new layout. I made it simple and nice, and easier to navigate.

Also, the new player attributes layout are nicer than the previous ones. For the players without photos, I can't find any of your photos anywhere. So i'm leaving it blank till you guys send me. And if you wanna add anymore details to your own respective profiles, drop me a message.
