Mavericks are going into some slump in form of the season with 2 losses and 1 draw in the last 3 matches. This time going down to Jasper Super Reds when the whiteblues could have done better against the opposition where they dumped them 6-1 in a training match.
JSRFC proved that they are in no training mood this time round, as they lined up some of their real starting line-up players. One of them was jersey no 3, who marshalled his team midfield well and scored the second goal.
The first goal was from a corner when Mavericks did not managed to clear the ball off in several attempts resulting in a JSRFC player putting the ball into the goal. Mavericks need to buck in their next match against the Indonesian opposition and get their winning ways back! Concentration is the key and we must not be complacent! More team work and communication has to show and centre midfield really neeed to ensure the defence is not exposed all the time as shown in this match up against JSRFC.
