Those who were involved in the match against Melwood FC ages ago should know that they are good. And I mean, really good. That's because they are from some amateur league, not sure if it's Prime League or what, but whatever it is, the odds of us winning or even getting a draw with them are very little. I'm not trying to be pessimistic but hopefully, we can reduce the scoreline (11-1) from last time.

Let's take this as a good opportunity to really review our weaknesses, which Melwood are sure to exploit, and if possible, to showcase our strengths too. Be sure to be tested to the extreme in every department.

After the full-time whistle in our previous encounter with Melwood. Their skipper tried to poach Alex, Mavericks' no.1 stopper, to their team. However, Alex showed his true loyalty and remained with us. If any of you gets poached, better be loyah ah!

Most likely the match will start right on time at 1500 as this week's referee is arranged by the amateur league side, so it's best that everyone reached early. Especially since the field is a little inaccessible, try to leave your homes earlier a little bit.
